Description

When a metal object approaches the sensing surface of the analog sensor, the LC oscillation of the analog sensor is attenuated. By using this change, the output current is converted, and the magnitude of the output current is directly proportional to the distance between the metal object and the sensing surface of the analog sensor (see the relationship curve between proximity distance and output current). Standard test substance: Using a 1mm thick square steel sheet, an electrical soft iron (i.e. A3 steel) with a side length equal to the diameter of the sensing surface of the analog sensor Inductive proximity sensors with analog outputs are electronic signal generators that measure and control position deviations, and their applications are very extensive. For example, it can measure bending and offset .
